FYOHBMUK is a unitube fibre optical cable and intended for aeriel systems. The design can incorporate 6 -24 fibres in a unitube. The cable is a self supporting cable in a figure of 8.The individually coloured fibres are grouped with colour threads up to 24f . The cable is longitudinal water-blocked through the use of polymeric filling compound. Polyethylene coated aluminium tape as a moistture barrier and strength member (steelwire) is used for mechanical protection. The cable has an outer sheath of halogen- free black polyethylene
