FYO2RMU is a unitube fiber optical cable and intended for outdoor use direct in sand bed or ducts. The design can incorporate 4 -96 fibers in a unitube. The individually colored fibers are grouped with color threads up to 12f or micro bundles (48 and 96f). The cable is longitudinal water-blocked through the use of polymeric filling compound. Strength members (FRP) are used for mechanical protection. The cable has an outer sheath of halogen- free black polyethylene
